The Engage My Career (EMC) tool looks at what you have done in the military by guiding you through a series of questions that collect information such as: your military occupation, pay grade, duty station history, training, qualifications (applicable to Mariner careers), and civilian education or credentials. The EMC tool uses this information to help guide you towards your personalized “best-fit” career development pathways including potential post-service occupational matches as well as industry and academic credentials.
