How do I retrieve my Electronic Training Jacket (ETJ)?

To access your ETJ, go to MyNavy Portal.

1. Click on "QUICK LINKS".
2. Scroll down to "ETJ" on the left side of the page and click on "ETJ".
3. Click 'Login with CAC' under 'User Login' on the left-hand side of the screen.
4. Select your Certificate.
5. From the navigation for your Electronic Training Jacket, hover over the print option to reveal the sub-menu. It will give you the option to either print the section you are viewing or to print the jacket.
6. Click on 'Print Jacket' to download your entire ETJ to a PDF.
7. In print selection, only choose "Save to PDF”. Do not choose any other print option.
8. Save the file to a location that is easily accessible to you.

Note:  If using Microsoft Edge browser, you may have to scroll up to view the "Print to PDF" option.

Alternate ETJ Download Steps

To access your ETJ, go to the Navy Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS).

1. Click 'Login with CAC' under 'User Login' on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. From the navigation for your Electronic Training Jacket, hover over the print option to reveal the sub-menu. It will give you the option to either print the section you are viewing or to print the jacket.
3. Click on 'Print Jacket' to download your entire ETJ to a PDF.
4. In print selection, only choose "Save to PDF”. Do not choose any other print option.
5. Save the file to a location that is easily accessible to you.

Note:  If using Microsoft Edge browser, you may have to scroll up to view the "Print to PDF" option.
